Return and Exchange Policy
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. You can return your unopened / unused product and exchange for a different product or receive a refund to the original payment method.
If you have made a mistake on your order, email us within 24 hours at support@kejiwastore.com and we’ll sort it out with you. We will not be able to cover the fees of the refund if you have made a mistake. If we have, then of course we will!
Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If you receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the damaged package & products and email it to us within 48 hours at support@kejiwastore.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Pack up your item(s) with care to ensure a safe journey home to us
- Note the size and weight of your package so we may create a return shipping label for you
- Email us at support@kejiwastore.com & let us know what you’d like to return and why
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- We will initiate your exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package
