Return and Exchange Policy
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
You can return your unopened / unused product and exchange for a different product or receive a refund to the original payment method.
You must email us at support@kejiwastore.com to initiate a return or exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have made a mistake on your order, email us within 24 hours at support@kejiwastore.com and we’ll sort it out with you. We will not be able to cover the fees of the refund if you have made a mistake. If we have, then of course we will!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the damaged package & products and email it to us within 48 hours at support@kejiwastore.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives. (Please note that if the insurance claim is denied, refunds and replacements are at our discretion)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anything that has been opened or used in any way (for health and safety reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products or gift cards.
Exchanges
In order to exchange, you must return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item you’ve requested.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place another order while your return is processing.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at support@kejiwastore.com & let us know what you’d like to return and why
- Pack up your item(s) with care to ensure a safe journey home to us
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- We will initiate your exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
