How do I store these products?
We recommend storing our alchemy at room temp. (Above freezing and below 80℉) Do not refrigerate. Keep out of direct sunlight. We also recommend honoring the alchemy with a special place on your altar.
What is the shelf life of these products?
We estimate a shelf life of about 9 months for Kejiwa Ormus elixirs, 1 year for Alche-mists & Spagyrics.
Exception: The Ringing Cedar Ormus is good for about 6 months due to the nut oil infusion.
What kind of water do you use for the base of your products?
Fresh-harvested spring water/artisan well water straight from the source directly into our love filled creations! This mineral rich, alive water makes healthier, more vibrant products.
What is Blessed Sacred Water / Holy Water?
We infuse Blessed Sacred Water from the Amazon that we graciously received from Gentle Thunder, a Sacred Water carrier that is a highly regarded Medicine Woman, Earth guardian, water protector, humanitarian and dear friend.
We amplify this holy water with a sacred water blessing that activates the healing potential within each molecule for your enhanced experience.
What do I do when I receive my products?
Ormus: Please take great care with this sacred supplement, we recommend honoring it with a special place on your altar. Shake gently as separation does occur. Smell, set your intention, sip (about 1-2 tsp) and savor. We recommend following with a meditation.
Spagyria: Gently shake, follow directions on bottle and initiate your body into higher states of being!
Alche-Mist: Gently shake and mist your face, body and aura to elevate any situation and inspire the moment!
Zodiac set: Utilize each piece of alchemy as you feel called and / or as part of a ceremonial ritual.
Caution to Pet Owners
Our Ormus Minerals (except for the Pure ORMEs) and Herbal Spagyric Tinctures contain xylitol (birch bark), which is TOXIC to dogs (and possibly cats too).
DO NOT give your pets these products and keep them tightly sealed and stored in a safe place.
What is Birch Bark Xylitol?
Birch bark xylitol is a naturally occuring low-glycemic sugar alcohol extracted from birch bark. "It is a low-calorie sweetening alternative that is absorbed more slowly than sucrose and contains 40% fewer calories. Xylitol does not increase blood sugar levels because it is metabolized independently of insulin.”
It has proven oral health benefits and antibacterial effects (for humans only).
Caution: It is TOXIC TO PETS.
The amount of xylitol one would be taking with our herbal spagyric tinctures is 0.28 grams to 0.56 grams of xylitol (per 1-2 droppers of Kejiwa tincture), which is well below the safe clinical trial daily amounts of 5-10g a day. Negative side effects have been reported with above 40 grams of xylitol a day.

What is Ormus?
Also known as ORMEs (Orbitaly Rearranged Mono-atomic Elements), Monatomic Gold, Manna or the Elixir of Life.
This sacred substance is full of Gold, Silver & other Platinum group minerals in readily absorb-able mono-atomic form. Think of it like a super mineral supplement that is very essential for our daily nutrition.

Storage and Care
The Ormus is sensitive to cold and should not be refrigerated. It is ideal to store it at room temperature; above freezing and below 80 degrees F.

What packaging do you use for shipping?
Each package is lovingly handled, wrapped with care and blessed with heart-centered intentions, just for you.
We value sustainable / regenerative practices and re-use as much packaging as we can!
When we run out, we purchase biodegradable (cornstarch) packing peanuts, recycled kraft paper & recycled boxes. You may receive other re-used packaging and sometimes re-used boxes.
*We are now shipping our Ormus in EMF protection bags for safe travels :)
What if a bottle is damaged?
Please take a picture of the damage and email it to us asap at support@kejiwastore.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives.
Note: you must email within 2 days or they won’t send us the insurance $ and we cannot replace the bottles.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. You can return your product and exchange for a different product or receive a refund to the original payment method. An 11% re-stocking fee and shipping charge will apply to all refunds.
If you have made a mistake on your order, email us within 24 hours at support@kejiwastore.com and we’ll sort it out with you. We will not be able to cover the fees of the refund if you have made a mistake. If we have, then of course we will!
Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy: Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, i.e. Bottles must be sealed and unopened. If you receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours at support@kejiwastore.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any International orders. (Note: You are responsible for any VAT on your package).
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Pack up your item(s) with care to ensure a safe journey home to us (with the same or similar packing materials).
2. Note the size and weight of your package so we may create a return shipping label for you.
3. Email us at support@kejiwastore.com & let us know what you’d like to return and why.
4. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email.
5. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
6. We will initiate your exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package.
