We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your details. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

Each package is lovingly handled, wrapped with care and blessed with heart-centered intentions, just for you.

We value sustainable / regenerative practices and re-use as much packaging as we can! When we run out, we purchase biodegradable packing peanuts. You may receive re-used or biodegradable packaging and sometimes re-used boxes.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. You can return your product and exchange for a different product or receive a refund to the original payment method. An 11% re-stocking fee will apply to all refunds.

If you have made a mistake on your order, email us within 24 hours at and we’ll sort it out with you. We will not be able to cover the fees of the refund if you have made a mistake. If we have, then of course we will!

Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • If you receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours at We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Pack up your item(s) with care to ensure a safe journey home to us
  2. Note the size and weight of your package so we may create a return shipping label for you
  3. Email us at & let us know what you’d like to return and why
  4. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  6. We will initiate your exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package
